Profit and Loss Income, cost of sales and expenses for the period. Balance Sheet Assets, liabilities and equity at the period end. Trial Balance Debit and credit balances by account at the period end. Executive Summary Xero's cash, profitability, balance sheet and ratio summary for the month. Budget Summary Budgeted figures by month across the period (requires a budget in Xero). Aged Receivables Summary Who owes you, grouped by how overdue it is. Aged Payables Summary What you owe suppliers, grouped by how overdue it is. Bank Summary Opening balance, money in, money out and closing balance per bank account. Unpaid Invoices Every approved sales invoice with a balance still due. Invoices Raised Sales invoices dated within the period (approved or paid). Draft Invoices Sales invoices still in draft or awaiting approval. Unpaid Bills Every approved supplier bill with a balance still due.

Reporting period

Worked out on the send date, in the pack's timezone. Balance sheet style reports use the period end. Aged and unpaid lists show balances as at the send date.
