Didn't finish connecting Xero?
Nothing was connected and no account was made. Xero's screen asks you to sign in with your own Xero login, then pick the organisation to share. ReportPilot only gets read-only access.
If your bookkeeper or accountant holds the Xero login, ask them to invite you as a user of the organisation in Xero, or to connect it themselves.
