ReportPilot turns a business's Xero figures into one short email every Monday: how much cash there is and how long it lasts, how sales and profit compare with last month, who owes money, which bills are due, and one thing to do this week.

- Access to your data
- Read-only, through Xero's own OAuth 2.0 sign-in. ReportPilot cannot create, change or delete anything in your books. Connection tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
- What it keeps
- Monthly summary figures for up to 24 months and a daily snapshot of unpaid invoices and bills, to write the emails and draw the dashboard. Generated report files are deleted after 14 days. It does not copy individual ledger transactions.
- How the emails are written
- A rules engine calculates every number from the Xero figures and fills plain-English sentence templates. No language model writes the emails, and causes are never guessed: the only "why" given is the account line that moved most.
- What it does not do
- ReportPilot does not consolidate companies, build forecasts or budgets, or let you design custom reports and KPIs. It connects to Xero only.
